Noted Activist and Gandhian Anna Hazare has rejected the Rabindranath Tagore Peace Prize for the year 2010 announced by the IIPM, Delhi. The award carries prize money of Rs. One crore besides a Gold Medal.
Hazare said his conscience did not permit him to accept the cash award.
