The fans of Jr. NTR wee not amused with the get up of Jr. NTR as Rudra in the film Shakti. they were also not amused with the 'A1 Star' title given to NTR by Mehar Ramesh.

So, the fans morphed the picture of NTR with Brahmanandam and released it. This is their way of mocking director Mehar Ramesh and the film Shakti.
