The special CBI Judge OP Saini rejected the bail applications of Kanimozhi and Sharad Kumar MD of Kalaignar TV, accused in the 2G Spectrum scam. The judge ordered that both the accused, Kanimozhi and Sharad be taken into custody forthwith.
